I focus on providing current information and best practices for a healthy mind, healthy body and healthy spirit. While it is up to you to do the work to change your life, if you need extra guidance or one-on-one coaching, I am here for that too. A coach provides accountability and support; this can be beneficial when you feel like you are not making progress on your own, when you get tired of starting and stopping the progress on your health goals.
