Life Coach

From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others. I discovered my coaching career through my interests in leadership, planning, teaching, research and organization. I combined these with my passion for health and wellness when I received a certification in Mental Health Coaching and a certification in Integrative Health Coaching. My own health journey started years ago when I found myself struggling to stay consistent with healthy habits, I would start and stop something new each month and then I would grow frustrated, questioning why I couldn't reach my health goals. My physical health and mental health were at an all time low. After making a plan and finding a community of women who were focused on building each other up and holding each other accountable plus working with my own coaches, I finally saw change that lasted. I realized health is a journey and choices I make now will impact my quality of life for years to come. I was done with quick fixes and learned the importance of baby steps, accountability, and the "why" behind making changes that will last and turning my health from a fad into a lifestyle. Now, I get to help others transform from the inside out. 

 

I provide a comprehensive set of services to help boost your confidence and offer support as you navigate your health and wellness challenges. I work with clients closely in order to achieve measurable results. I focus on your individual needs because there is no "one size fits all" approach to balance a healthy body, mind, and spirit. Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC)

This badge designates that its holder has graduated from Integrative Nutrition's Health Coach Training Program. They have demonstrated an ability to understand and utilize a wide range of dietary and nutrition theories, as well as develop business and coaching skills to practice in a variety of settings. They have been trained to educate and guide clients to make behavioral changes resulting in improved nutrition, dietary habits, and physical ability and overall greater health and wellness.
