I have talked before about how important your environment is. Your environment includes the physical space and items around you but also the people around you. It’s important to set yourself up for success by regularly analyzing your environment. Take inventory of what’s around you. Do you see a lot of clutter and unused items that are taking from your peace or energy? Do you have what you need to assist in your success? We can be so consuming - take, buy, keep, etc.. And we tend to hold on to unused items way too long :). Determine what is essential and remove the rest. It’s also important to be aware of all the unnecessary products being pushed online right now. I can tell you that the basics work the best. Sure there are some that will not hurt your progress and might truly help you, but the best place to start is always basic nutrition and movement.. your daily habits. You don't need much to get started! I’m sharing the top wellness products I’m loving right now (and use almost daily) that help set me up for success.
Water bottle keeping me hydrated during my workouts.
Leggings from Amazon are my go-to and so affordable. Similar to Lululemon Aligns.
This Lip Butter Balm from Summer Fridays, I don’t go anywhere without it!
Protein bars that taste good and the ingredients are great. You really have to read the ingredients lists because honestly most protein bars are full of junk. Their protein powder is also so good.
Booty bands elevate any workout. It’s amazing what the smallest changes or additions can do for you. Add a booty band, sliders, wrist weights or ankle weights and really push yourself.
Eye patches are perfect for those sleepy mornings or when you wake up feeling puffy. These are often on sale too.
The Bible Recap has been a wonderful resource to gain a better, deeper understanding of God and for daily Bible reading. Spiritual and mental health are the foundations for all other aspects of health!
